Scioto Rain Garden
The garden in the right-of-way (ROW) by 5504 Scioto Rd. (NW corner of Scioto and Walhonding). If we consider houses on the outer side of Walhonding to be in Glen Echo Heights, then this garden is in GEH; otherwise, it is in Mohican Hills. On 21 October 2019, Ann English and I examined this garden. It had native Asters, Holly, and Swamp Milkweeds, good pollinator plants. It required better management than we saw for optimal plant health.
